For complaints about content, another user, a coach or a gym on the platform, or about how your personal data is handled. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (for personal data) or a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Download or delete your data yourself from Profile › Account in the app or on this website. For anything the app cannot do (a correction you cannot make, a nomination, a question about a gym's records), write to the Grievance Officer with the email address you sign in with.
