It started with a notebook in a gym bag.
Dates, exercises, weights, and a tick when the week was done. Some weeks had four sessions. Some had one. One page just said “fever”. It never judged the thin weeks. It kept count, and the next page was always blank and waiting.
The apps didn't work like that. They wanted a goal weight before they would let us log a squat. They put a grade on the body on the home screen. They had never seen a plate of rajma chawal. And every one of them assumed we trained alone, when the truth is that a trainer who remembered our numbers and a gym owner who knew our names did more for our consistency than any app ever had.
Those two people were running their work on WhatsApp threads, Google Sheets and a paper register. The software sold to them treated members as a column of dues. The software sold to members ignored that the gym existed.
So we built the notebook as an app, and then built the rest of the room around it. A week to follow, a tick for the day, last time's numbers at the rack, meals in the food you actually eat. A coach's programme that drives your Today. A gym's dues and attendance in the same place, so the reminder lands in the app you already open every morning.
We are a small team in Bangalore: people who train, a coach, and people who build software. We are keeping our names off this page for now, because the product should speak first. When we have more to show, you'll meet us.
We can't promise you a body. Nobody honest can. We can promise that when you show up, it gets counted, kept, and shown to the people who care.
