Starting position
Stand with the kettlebell between the feet, then squat and hinge down to grip the handle with one hand.
Drive up out of the bottom, extending the hips, knees and ankles.
Pull the elbow high as the bell rises close to the body.
Punch through the handle and jump the feet into a split, front knee bent and back knee soft.
Catch the bell on a locked arm overhead with the torso upright.
Step the front foot back, then the back foot forward to stand, and lower the bell to the start.
Breathing: Exhale at the drive and the catch, and inhale as the bell comes back down.
